By accessing or using any Kritigen Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you are using a Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

kritigen.com is the corporate website of Kritigen, providing company information and a contact channel.

GlideMyWay is an AI-driven travel exploration platform that provides personalised destination discovery, dynamic itinerary planning, and travel booking assistance.

tring9 is an enterprise hospitality communication platform that enables hotels and their guests to interact through AI-assisted messaging, with management dashboards for operational oversight.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and Registration

Some Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@kritigen.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use any Service to transmit illegal, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of our products
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to access or extract data from our Services without written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

5. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, trademarks, logos, and materials published through our Services — including GlideMyWay and tring9, are the exclusive property of Kritigen or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Kritigen’s trademarks, trade names, logos, or other brand features without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services. By submitting content, you grant Kritigen a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content solely to provide and improve the Services.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g. booking platforms, mapping providers). Kritigen is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Kritigen does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. AI-generated recommendations (including travel itineraries) are provided for informational purposes and should be independently verified before acting on them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kritigen and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Kritigen’s total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Kritigen (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kritigen and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

Kritigen may suspend or terminate your access to any Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Services or other users. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@kritigen.com.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification, shall continue in effect.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

If you are a consumer based in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may also have the right to refer disputes to your local consumer protection authority or online dispute resolution platform.
